### Step 2 — Discovery call with your dedicated advisor

A dedicated onboarding advisor will contact you to understand your needs:

* Your main sales channels (marketplaces, e-commerce store, B2B)
* Your principal shipping destinations
* Your parcel typology (weight, dimensions, fragility)
* Your average monthly order volume
* Any specific requirements (insurance, returns, custom packaging...)

### Step 3 — Receive your custom pricing offer

We prepare a clear and transparent pricing proposal covering:

* Storage fees
* Order preparation fees
* Shipping rates per carrier and destination
* Additional services (Ad Valorem insurance, returns management, etc.)

### Step 4 — Accept the offer & sign the contract

Once you are happy with the offer, we send you the **service agreement** to sign. This formalizes our partnership and defines the terms of service.

### Step 5 — Submit your company documents

To register your account, we require the following documents:

* ✅ Company registration certificate
* ✅ VAT number
* ✅ Proof of identity (KYC)
* ✅ Any other document required for legal registration

### Step 6 — Account creation & access

Once your documents are validated and your contract is signed, our team creates your Linkolis account and sends you your login credentials.

You will have access to:

* Dashboard
* Inventory management
* Order management
* Marketplace connectors
* Reports and invoices

### Step 7 — Connect your marketplaces & stores

In the **Apps & Integrations** section, connect your sales channels:

* Bol, Kaufland, Amazon, Fnac, Backmarket
* Rakuten, TEMU, Otto, Cdiscount
* Prestashop, Miraki
* Or via the **Linkolis API** for custom integrations

### Step 8 — Send your first inbound shipment

Create your first inbound shipment and send your stock to our warehouse in the **Hauts-de-France** region. Our team will:

* Receive your parcels
* Perform a quality check
* Update your inventory in real time

### Step 9 — You're live 🚀

From this point, Linkolis handles everything automatically:

* Orders are imported from your connected channels
* Our team picks, packs and ships every order
* Tracking numbers are sent to your customers
* Your dashboard gives you full real-time visibility

You can also manage orders in three ways:
